Frozen Shoulder Exercise Tip
This is a short video on a frozen shoulder exercise tip. Frozen shoulder (AKA Adhesive Capsulitis) can be painful and hinder your activities of daily living. This can include any motion that requires you to reach overhead. This can also include sporting activities such as throwing or swimming.
Before attempting any exercise, we advise that you first seek a professional's advice. Watch the video to learn more.
Frozen shoulder can last for weeks to months at a time. The treatment protocols may differ from individual to individual.

Typically what can happen is that one has an initial shoulder injury. It can be a broken arm, rotator cuff tear/injury, bursitis, impingement etc...What usually occurs is that the resultant pain on movement, can make the person tentative to move the shoulder.
Over time limitations can occur because the capsule that encloses the joint can become thick and tight. It is unclear whether this is a result of lack of motion but I do believe that it is highly possible.
As painful as it is to move the shoulder the person who has an initial shoulder injury needs to keep moving it otherwise it can become "stuck". This is of course done with the advise of the professional who is treating your initial injury.
This frozen shoulder exercise tip can help maintain or improve the symptoms of frozen shoulder.
